I have always put special emphasis on customer satisfaction, and passionately feel that “Customers must have businesses, but most importantly, Businesses must have customers!” I also believe that “great measures should be taken to ensure that that relationship is reciprocating, in that we must demonstrate, not only an exchange of dollars, but also of “sense”…  A “sense” of appreciation, a “sense” of obligation, a “sense” of commitment, and a “sense” of fairness!”

It is this outlook that helped us to launch P & B Promotionals, LLC in the fall of 1995, as an advertising specialty company specializing in imprinted promotional products, to include imprinted T-shirts, Pens, Pencils, Sport Bottles and over 800,000 additional products.

We are nationally certified by the Advertising Specialty Institute, as well as the South Carolina Governors’ Office of Small and Minority Business and are very proud of our affiliation with numerous other business associations.
